Surprised me

The book I read is Pam's Secret by Margaret Adams. In this story Pam's made to be embarrassed because Pam fancies her boss. Pam's new friend and colleague betrays her and makes her look like a fool by telling the rest of the work force that Pam has a secret, that is she fancies her boss. But to everyone's surprise the boss had his own secret. I enjoyed this book. My best bit was when the boss's secret was exposed as this surprised me.

Fun and intriguing

The story is like a soap... and a good means of motivating adult learners to read. It is fun and intriguing to keep them turning the pages!
