Fighting Ebola with Education

Education charity EducAid is set to receive a donation of copies of Yes We Can Read in Ebola-stricken Sierra Leone where, faced with schools and colleges that are closed because of the outbreak, the organisation is working on a number of innovative and brave projects to try to educate their students and population amidst the crisis. 

"Illiterate inhabitants are unable to read instructions re guarding against Ebola, often with fatal consequences. Dangerous myths and rumours about causes and cures abound," says Libby Coleman, author of Yes We Can Read.
