  • Uplifting

This is an uplifting collection of revelation and encouragement, and gives rare appreciation to those ordinary individuals who have made a difference to others' lives. Inspiring people should be celebrated - those individuals help us to grow and drive us forward in life. The College is pleased to have played a part in this project and congratulates everyone involved who themselves are sure to be inspirational to many.

Peter Roberts, Principal, Stockport College 9 October 2012
  • A delightful book

This is a delightful book that contains accounts of ordinary people who have inspired their own children, families or friends. It is written in an engaging and easy to follow style, and is a fascinating collection of funny, dramatic and moving stories. Some of the stories and recollections are very humbling and give a real insight into how people cope with adversity and use it as an example to others.

Ray Dwerryhouse, Edge Hill University 9 October 2012
  • Amazing stories

Amazing stories which I am sure will inspire the reader. We are more than happy to be associated with this publication.

  • A really valuable experience

It has been a really valuable experience for Loreto photography students to work on a live brief. I feel that it is an exciting project and has been good for the students to consider this as a theme for a project.

Joan Gatley, Head of Art and Design at Loreto College Manchester 9 October 2012
  • A great opportunity

This book has created a great opportunity for ESOL learners to develop their skills and confidence in writing.

Barbara Bingley, Cambridge ESOL Skills for Life Examiner 9 October 2012
