Hot on the heels of publishing her book, Secrets, Sue Torr MBE has been awarded a Gold Star by Herald Newspapers. Secrets is an account of Sue's own life struggling with illiteracy, and the steps she has taken to overcome it. The book is endorsed by the Rt Hon Tony Blair MP, Prime Minister and has had extensive coverage on TV, BBC Radio and Press, including a full account in the Education Guardian on 3rd April 2007.
