How to Order
If you do not wish to shop with us online, we welcome direct orders by post, fax, telephone or email. Gatehouse Books are also available to order from our distributor, avantibooks limited, or from your local bookshop. It helps to know the ISBN number, title and author of the publication you wish to purchase.

Payment
Payment for online orders is by credit card or debit card. For direct orders, we also accept payment by cheque, postal order or via BACS in Pounds Sterling (please contact us for BACS payment details). Cheques should be made payable to Gatehouse Media Ltd.

Delivery 
We aim to despatch orders within 3 working days.

Postage & Delivery
For orders placed online for delivery within the UK, there is a standard P&P charge of £2.95. For overseas orders, P&P is calculated according to the weight and destination of the consignment.  

VAT 
Orders received from UK customers will be subject to VAT at 17.5%. Books are exempt from VAT. For all other products, prices shown in the online catalogue are inclusive of VAT. Please note that VAT will be added to the P&P charge. Our VAT Registration Number is 868-9820-54.
For orders from elsewhere in the European Union, we have to charge tax at 17.5% unless you have a Sales Tax Number (the equivalent of the UK VAT Registration Number) in which case, please contact us and we will process your order off-line.
Orders from outside the European Union are not subject to VAT.

We will ship direct to customers across the world. We also have distributors in Canada and the USA - see our Distributors section for details.
